You may add one spouse to your membership for an additional monthly fee:

Memberships remain individualized per patient

  • Same-day or next-day appointments are available whenever possible.

    You also have direct messaging access for urgent medical questions, so you are not left waiting weeks for care.

    Note: Emergencies should still be directed to the emergency room.

  • Yes. Members have direct messaging access for non-urgent and time-sensitive concerns, allowing for more consistent and responsive communication.

  • Membership at The Primary is not insurance-based, but insurance may still be used in certain situations depending on your plan.

    Vital: No insurance billing

    Infinity: Insurance may be used for labs, imaging, and referrals

    Regal: Insurance may be used selectively when appropriate

    Membership enhances your care. It does not replace insurance.

  • Yes. The Primary operates on a membership model to ensure consistent, relationship-based care and direct physician access.

  • We practice relationship-based medicine that relies on continuity of care.
