In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy for health and self-care to take a back seat. Stress affects not only how we feel, but how we function, heal, and show up in our daily lives.

Dr. Leisa Spence founded both The Primary and Tox Doc to create a different kind of care experience, one that is thoughtful, personal, and grounded in both science and intention.

Meet The Founder

DR. LEISA SPENCE

Dr. Leisa Spence is a board-certified physician specializing in Family Medicine and aesthetic injections. A Florida native who now calls Jonesboro, Arkansas home, she created The Primary and Tox Doc to bring together her medical expertise with her passion for wellness, mindfulness, and preventive care.

She has spent years studying yoga, meditation, breathwork, and fitness, developing a deeper understanding of the connection between the mind and body. 

Through both brands, she has built an experience where patients feel supported, understood, and guided through their health and wellness.
