The Contour Club™ is designed for patients who want consistency in their aesthetic care.

Instead of approaching treatments as one-time decisions, this membership allows you to plan ahead, maintain results, and stay aligned with a long-term treatment strategy.

Through structured monthly contributions and exclusive member access, your care becomes more consistent, more intentional, and easier to sustain over time.

Membership Overview

  • $100/month automatically charged

  • $150 annual enrollment fee

  • Each monthly payment is converted into $100 in Tox Bucks, which can be applied toward:

    • Neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, etc.)

    • Dermal filler

    • Sculptra

    • Radiesse 

This allows you to plan treatments in advance and maintain results without interruption.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Members receive preferred pricing and added access designed to support ongoing care:

  • $1 off per unit of neurotoxin

  • $75 off per syringe/vial (filler, Radiesse, Sculptra)

  • 10% off skincare retail

  • Complimentary recovery services with treatments, including red light therapy and compression boots

  • 4 complimentary vitamin shots during your first month

  • Birthday Reward:
    15 units of neurotoxin with filler or Sculptra purchase

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

    • A six-month minimum commitment is required.

    • Membership is available for individuals 18 years and older.

    • Tox Bucks are valid for 12 months from the date issued.

    • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

    • Tox Bucks may only be applied toward toxin, filler, Sculptra, or Radiesse.

    • They cannot be used for consultations or standalone retail purchases.

    • Membership may be canceled after the initial six-month period with 30 days written notice.

    • Remaining Tox Bucks must be used within 30 days of cancellation.

    • Unused credits after that period will be forfeited.

    • By enrolling, you authorize Tox Doc to charge your card on file $100 monthly and $150 annually.

    • Membership will continue until canceled according to these terms.

    • Missed payments may result in suspension of membership benefits.

  • Membership may be discontinued with appropriate documentation in cases of pregnancy, relocation outside Arkansas, or significant medical hardship.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or financing options.
